Caster wheel manufacturing process
- Preparation For Production: Baking raw materials, toning, preparing for production.
- Wheel Injection Molding: Install and clean the mold, input data and start production. And after the wheel completed, cool it with clean water for shaping, and then clean the burrs.
- Hardware Stamping: Prepare steel raw material (hot rolled coil), punch and form (top plate, bracket yoke, big ballrace and small ballrace), and then weld the housing and bracket.
- Surface Treatment: Deliver the steel housing and accessories to the electroplate factory to finish zinc plating.
- Assembly: Set out to assemble the caster after galvanization finished, assemble bearing, bolt and nut. Then a complete caster finished. Our workers will pack the goods after the final quality inspection accomplished.
- Container Loading: Arrange container loading or deliver the goods to the domestic warehouse that specified by customers.

What Materials Are Available For Casters?

- PU and PVC: PU is short for polyurethane, and PVC is short for polyvinyl chloride. They are the most common and extensively used wheel material, low price with good quality. It will be your best choice if you want to control your budget, and both of them are good for all floors: tiles, hardwood, rough concrete, etc.

Rubber and TPR are both soft materials. How Can You Get Better Price Or Discount?
The price depends on product cost, exchange rate, and order quantity (or shipping freight).
For regular customers,we supply lower price and calculate price based on current US dollar exchange rate to save customers’ cost.
